Tammy Marko, PMP
Tammy is a seasoned IT executive and certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who brings more than 22 years of experience to Achurch’s consulting team.
For the last 12 years, she has focused primarily on working with Associations, where she found her passion helping organizations achieve their strategic goals through the use of technology. Tammy has built IT departments from the ground up, developed organization-wide policies, created and executed upon IT strategic roadmaps, completed digital modernization initiatives, and led a seven figure major office renovation project. She has also led Association Management System (AMS), Content Management System (CMS), and Learning Management System (LMS) projects from inception through implementation.
Tammy leverages the IT consulting experiences she developed while working with the U.S. Department of Defense and intelligence community, along with her association experiences, to provide customers with the foundation they need to achieve their IT goals and strategic initiatives.
Tammy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Information Technology with a minor in psychology from Virginia Tech. She lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, 2 children, and their dog. They enjoy traveling in their RV and are trying to visit as many states as they can.
