Rheanna Smith
Rheanna brings over a decade of association management and operations leadership to her work as a Project Manager. Having served as a client lead, Executive Director, Assistant Director of Meetings, and Director of Operations for professional associations, she understands the realities of association work from the inside: the competing priorities, the lean teams, and the importance of getting technology and processes right the first time.
Rheanna’s passion is building systems that work for people, not the other way around. Whether guiding a complex implementation or untangling a workflow, she pairs structured project management with genuine empathy because she believes the best projects succeed when the people behind them feel seen, supported, and set up to win.
Rheanna holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Alverno College.
Rheanna lives in Wisconsin with her husband and son. When she’s not managing projects, you can find her deep in a book for her delightfully rowdy book club, tending to her garden, or supporting healing retreats for veterans.
