Position Overview:
Achurch Consulting needs an innovative Marketing Manager, Writer and Strategist who will lead our next level marketing evolution. As the solo Marketing professional on the team, we need a leader who can devise overall marketing strategy for the business, create and manage a marketing calendar with distributed contributors, and also roll up her/his/their sleeves to create compelling, thoughtful content with an authentic, relatable tone – more professional BFF, less autocratic college professor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set and manage overall marketing and brand strategy for the business
- Create thoughtful, relatable content for newsletters, social media, and web use
- Learn the business and launch marketing campaigns for new/refreshed service offerings using compelling marketing strategies and collateral
- Identify relevant speaking opportunities and manage speaker proposals and collateral
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to adjust strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve marketing and campaign effectiveness as needed
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to create and promote marketing initiatives

Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a marketing manager or a similar role.
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in using marketing software, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns and collateral
- Experience and understanding of the association/non-profit industry is a key plus
