Devin Dukes
Devin brings 20 years of experience as a not-for-profit leader and consultant to her work as a project manager. From Board relations to all things fundraising she understands what it’s like to manage the operations of a nonprofit organization. She has created and managed processes for events execution, sponsorship campaigns, grant applications/awards, and CRM data management.
Devin enjoys all things customer data-related. This love story began with creation of complex Raiser’s Edge queries and has grown through her experience with the Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics platforms. She brings that passion for the power of technology to her work, coupled with her people-centric change management approach.
With a degree from the San Francisco Conservatory of Music in Classical Vocal Performance, she believes that leading a successful project is similar to performing as an operatic lead performer. You come to every experience fully prepared, if someone drops a cue you pick it up and run with it, and at the end of the day everyone succeeds as a team.
Devin lives in Maine with her husband Kevin and Siberian huskies Vali and Lola. No matter the season, they all love to hike and play at the beach.
