Diane is an industry veteran who has spent her entire career in the association technology space, dedicated to bringing innovative technologies, promoting best practices and optimized business processes, and managing large-scale, complex technology projects. Through this work, Diane has witnessed the evolution of technologies built specifically for this industry and gained a vast knowledge of the industry, products, services and providers.

Diane brings over twenty years of consulting experience working with small to very large not-for-profit organizations. Her skill set includes project management, technology assessment, requirements gathering and system selection, data migration, digital strategy, and the implementation of enterprise applications.

As a customer advocate, Diane focuses on ensuring organizations understand their business and technology needs and that they align with the strategic mission and goals of the organization. She is passionate about ensuring her customers find value in their technology. She works to help customers build an environment of trust, with the ability to adapt to change, and deploy strategies for user adoption of new technologies.

Prior to joining Achurch, Diane spent five years focused on bringing ‘big data’ and analytics to the marketplace. She led a team dedicated to the implementation of a productized data warehouse and analytics solution. She specialized in the discovery and solution design for the product as well as custom customer requirements through Professional Services. She is well-versed in complex integrations, data modeling, data translation, data visualization, and her skillset includes PowerBI. She excels at translating complex technical issues into actionable tasks.
Truly a team player, Diane has a long history of building strong relationships with her clients at both the leadership and staff levels. Furthermore, she is a sports fanatic, having played both Field Hockey & Lacrosse at James Madison University where she has been inducted into the JMU Sports Hall of Fame. She continues her passion for sports through involvement with youth sports programs.

Diane and her husband live in Northern Virginia and have four children together. They love to spend time with family and friends and travel. When not working, you will most likely find her out on the pickleball courts, her post knee replacement obsession!
