Jennie is a detail-oriented project leader who has successfully managed a wide variety of technology assessments, system selections, software implementations, and integration projects. Her deep knowledge and experience with industry technology and best practices have proved invaluable to her clients in planning and achieving systems improvements. Jennie helps companies avoid the pitfalls of excessive customization by encouraging and facilitating key changes to business processes.
Jennie was a founding member of a boutique association consulting firm where she was responsible for optimizing association technology usage for more than two decades. She honed her business process analysis and organizational evaluation skills at a large Fortune 500 management and technology consulting firm. Throughout her career, Jennie has gained significant knowledge of enterprise software and supporting applications that serve the association industry, providing insights through each wave of technological change. She has been involved with all aspects of discovery, conversion, configuration, procedure development, testing, and live operations support for association systems.
Jennie earned her aerospace engineering degree from the University of Virginia.
When not working to improve association technology outcomes, she enjoys live theatre, travel, and entertaining. Jennie lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, her somewhat grown children, and two cats.
