Rachael is an executive assistant with over ten years of experience supporting C-Suite teams to maximize efficiency, communication, and organizational impact. She excels in providing dedicated administration and relationship management to ensure project success.  

Rachael’s expertise and diverse capacities have resulted in her serving as a nonprofit project and operations coordinator, where she scaled state and national grant-funded initiatives. Additionally, she has successfully overseen partnerships, client engagement, resource management, and communications initiatives to achieve targeted goals. 

Rachael earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Writing from Westminster College.   

Rachael lives in Missouri with her partner, Matt, bonus daughter, Ava, and beloved, quirky pets. When she’s not supporting incredible teams, she enjoys fly fishing in the mountains, thrift shopping, and DIY renovations.
